We ship from several regions around the world:
- From our workshop in Quebec, Canada.
- From our partners’ network in the rest of Americas, Europe and Asia.
The origin region and potential lead-time between order placement and shipping are clearly indicated in Items’ descriptions. From time to time, ZoneCrypt reserves the right to reroute the country of origin without notice in case this could improve shipping time and/or to resolve local partners shortages and/or logistical disruptions.
In all cases, Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. ZoneCrypt is not responsible for delays due to customs.
